IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS/ INFORMATION FOR APPLYING ONLINE
Note: 1. Before applying online, the candidate must have a scanned copy of a self signed passport size photograph and his/her signature. Size of the scanned photograph and signature should be less than 20KB. The scanned photograph and signature must be .jpg, .gif or .png format.

Further, the candidate must have scanned documents
1) Scanned Copy of Essential Academic Qualifications and Matriculation Certificate showing Date of Birth and other relevant details,
(2) Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority
(3) Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience alongwith Haryana domicile Certificate issued by competent authority
(4) Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. on which basis candidate claim marks Certificate of the Masters level or above(if any).
(5) old candidates who applied earlier should upload the fee Challan/credit certificate issued by Treasury/e-Challan
Make a single combined pdf file of each document mentioned above before uploading and Size of pdf file to be uploaded should be less than five hundred KB ( 500 KB ) .

1. The candidates have to apply only on-line on web-site http://recruitment-portal.in/adv152019.html from 31th July 2021 to 16 September,2021 up to 11:59 PM. and generate his/her registration number. Once his/her registration number is generated, he/she should get the print of the form. This allotted registration number slip will be used as identification slip. Candidates need not send any application/Documents by Post.

2. Step-I Applicant will be allotted online Registration Number printed on the acknowledgement slip containing the details (Registration number and Password). Candidates are advised to note their registration number and password immediately after generation by the system, keep it with him/her confidentially and should not share the same with anybody.

3. Step-II After filling the online application form (Step-I) completely, the candidate shall have to upload legible essential documents and documents can be uploaded till 20 September,2021.

4. Step-III After completing (Step-I) & (Step-II) completely, the candidate shall have to submit the application Fees.No need to complete this step, if fee is exempted/Nil.

5. In case the candidate fails to complete the any step(i.e. Step-I & Step-II & Step-III), then his/her application shall stand automatically cancelled/ rejected and shall not be considered for further processing..

6. Candidates may apply for more than one post if eligible, by submitting separate application for each post.

7. After final submission of application form, no change will be allowed. Candidate will be responsible for any mistake in the data of application form and fees paid by him/her. .

8. In case candidate feels that he/she has filled up the form erroneously, he/she should fill up a fresh online application form alongwith fresh requisite fee before closing date and download the admit card there against only .

9. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment-portal.in/adv152019.html website regularly for updates.

10. Only On-line application forms will be entertained i.e. application sent by post / in person will not be entertained.

11. The Registration slip will be generated after filing the online form. Get the printout (2 copies) of the Registration Slip

12. For any clarifications regarding the online filling of the application form, the candidate can call  help-line numbers 0172-6619062 & 63 on all working days from 9:00 am to 5.30 pm.

13. Candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/ her in the on line application form,

14. No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission
